Are you looking for a training plan that you can follow over a few months?
Ray Orchison, the founder of RunEtics, is a professional and qualified coach based in Perth. He has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and becoming the best that they can be. He has been coaching for over 10 years and works with all levels of athletes ranging from sub 2h20 marathoners to those simply wanting to get going or run socially.
He is qualified and experienced in coaching athletes across all running disciplines, from 100m through to Ultra’s. Ray has invested heavily into expanding his coaching knowledge and attained the highest IAAF coaching level, IAAF Level 5 diploma, through numerous trips to the USA. He is also a certified NAASFP marathon coach.
He has put together and will continue to add programs that you can purchase to give you some direction in your weekly training regime.
Once you complete your purchase, your plan will be available to you in the online training platform Final Surge. This becomes your training diary, so that you can keep track of your training history, your own workout comments and monitor your progress. Once in your Final Surge account, connect your Garmin or Strava account to sync your workouts back into your training diary.
