3D Gait Analysis

We offer a comprehensive 3D analysis of your running mechanics. Identify weaknessesin your gait, improve your running efficiency and reduce your injury risk. 

Endurance Performance Testing

Determine your current fitness level using a new approach to human performance assessment through VO2 max and Lactate Threshold. Discover your ideal training zones and paces in order to maximize your aerobic endurance. Train smater… Race faster.

Strength, Flexibility and Fitness

We offer a full strength and flexibility test which assists in identifying weaknesses and imbalances which in all likelihood will become a problem at some point during training, especially when volume or intensities are increased. 

Blood Lactate Testing

By knowing what this figure is one is able to train at the correct intensity and pace in order to teach the body to become more efficient at removing lactic acid, as well as being able to better buffer lactic acid.

Online Coaching

Face-to-face coaching often prevents an athlete from working with a coach that he/she really wants to work with. Our solution is online coaching, e-coaching or remote coaching.

Club & Group Coaching

We offer setting and scheduling of club or group training programs customized to groups of different abilities and levels.

With correct coaching an athlete will develop a far more efficient running style, faster times and less injury.
