OUR APPROACH

About the Zone Technique

We identify disharmony between the brain centers and the systems they control.

6 ZONES

The Zone Technique

The Zone Technique categorizes the body into six distinct Systems, or Zones. Every condition can be linked to one or several of these zones. Optimal health is evident when all zones function harmoniously. However, if the body shows signs of dysfunction, it indicates that one or more zones are out of balance. Restoring harmony among the Zones can lead to the resurgence of optimal health.

ZONE 1

The Glandular System

The glandular center in the brain controls all of the glands in the body which include the thyroid, adrenals, and reproductive organs, among others.

When the brain centre responsible for the glands is disturbed this can eventually show up in symptoms affecting the balance of hormones with the glands ending up either over-active or under-active.

Balancing the glandular system can improve energy levels, depression, focus, reproductive functions, and the immune system.

Glands of the head | Pineal, Pituitary, Memory, Energy, Skin, Hair | Glands of the stomach | Thyroid gland | Mammary Glands | Adrenals | Glands of the kidney region | Glands of digestion, Pancreas, Liver, Appetite, Sleep, Elimination | Glands of the pelvis, Uterus and Ovaries or Prostate and Gonads | Kidneys | Relaxation, Outlook on life, Temper, Concentration | Immune System, Hormonal System

Chronic Fatigue | Headache Migraine | Thyroid Issues | Weak Immunity | Insomnia | Bad Memory | Poor Concentration | Poor Appetite | Fibromyalgia | Reproductive Issues | Suppressed Creativity

✔️Increase memory, energy, sleep, and relaxation
✔️Regulate immune system and hormonal system
✔️Thyroid, pineal, and pituitary gland care
✔️Appetite regulation

ZONE 2

The Elimination System

The eliminative system includes the lungs, kidneys, bladder, and skin. These organs are involved with waste elimination and play an essential role in reducing toxin build-up in your body.

This in turn helps to strengthen your immune system function, reduce bloating, create optimal respiratory function and ensure proper muscular function.

Allergies/Congestion | Sinus Infections | Asthma | Shortness of Breath | Hives/Rash | Psoriasis | Kidney Issues | Bladder Issues | Constipation | Hemorrhoids | Diarrhea

✔️Strengthen lung, kidney, and bladder function
✔️Regulate colon & bowel movements
✔️Clear sinuses, nasal passages, and bronchial tubes
✔️Eliminate bloating and bodily toxins

ZONE 3

The Nervous System

The Nervous System comprises both the central nervous system (the brain and spinal cord) and the peripheral nervous system (all other nerves in the body).

Each nerve in the body is responsible for different functions, including sight, digestion, mood, sleep, the reproductive system, hormonal balance, hearing, and more.

Balancing this zone can help promote a healthy immune system, improve mood and sleep, and increase energy, calm feelings, and relaxation. In addition, it can help balance the hormonal system.

Hearing/Sight Issues | Inability to Sleep | Sciatica | Arm/Hand or Leg/Foot Tingling | Hyperactivity/ADHD | Cold Hands/Feet | Hormonal Imbalance | Anxiety/Nervousness | Extreme Worry/Fear

✔️Improve mood
✔️Improve sleep
✔️Eye and ear health
✔️Balance the hormonal system
✔️Increase energy, remain calm and relaxed Appetite regulation

ZONE 4

The Digestive System

The digestive system is what makes up Zone 4. This system is responsible for taking nutrients from the food we eat and breaking them down to provide cells energy.

Balancing this zone and maintaining a proper diet may help improve liver, intestine, and gallbladder health, decrease food sensitivities, and boost your energy.

Additionally, it can help restore a normal appetite.

Liver | Salivary Glands & Taste | Gall Bladder | Pancreas | Bowels & Stomach Glands | Intestines | Colon

Compromised Immune System | Problems With Appetite | Sensitivity to Foods & Food Intolerances | Weight Gain or Loss | Problems with Digestion

✔️Normalize weight
✔️Salivary gland health / normalize sense of taste
✔️Sustain healthy liver, intestines, and gall bladder
✔️Digest foods that were previously agitating
✔️Boost energy

ZONE 5

The Muscular System

The muscular system is composed of all the muscles, tendons, ligaments, soft tissues and bones. All of which allow you to move.

This system also impacts balance, flexibility, and strength and directly influences your spinal alignment and nerve connections.

Balancing this zone can help restore proper range of motion and movement, improve flexibility, eliminate chronic pain, and improve posture. In addition, it can help restore your center of gravity and expedite muscle recovery.

Weakness/Fatigue | Poor Balance/Posture | Joint Stiffness | Loss of Flexibility | Inflammation | Muscle Spasms & Strains | Neck/Back Pain | Upper/Lower Extremity Pain

✔️Restore proper range of motion and movement
✔️Expedite muscle recovery and improve strength
✔️Improve suppleness and flexibility
✔️Restore center of gravity / eliminate dizziness

ZONE 6

The Circulatory System

The circulatory system includes everything that circulates through the body, such as the blood and the lymph.

The cardiovascular system is driven by your heart pumping blood through your veins, arteries, and capillaries. During this process, the blood brings nutrients and oxygen to your cells and carries away waste.

Bringing balance to this system can help normalize your blood pressure, encourage proper circulation, improve heart health, healthy blood vessels and healthy lymphatic vessels.

Thyroid gland | Blood pressure | Heart, ease, strength | Blood vessels of back, arms, chest, abdomen, and lower extremities | Circulation | Lymph vessels | Movement of limbs | Relaxation

High Blood Pressure | Cold Hands/Feet | pH Balance | Low Blood Pressure | Arrhythmias | Palpitations | Migraines/Headaches | Thyroid Issues | Poor Circulation | Edema/Swelling | Fever/Temperature

✔️Heart health
✔️Normalize blood pressure
✔️Healthy blood vessels
✔️Proper circulation
