We provide care to children. For clients under the age of 18:

  • Personal and health information is collected with the consent of a parent or legal guardian
  • A parent/guardian may access and request correction of the child’s records
  • Where appropriate, we may also consider the child’s capacity to understand and consent

  • Online intake and consent forms via Cliniq Apps
  • Appointment bookings and clinical records via Cliniko
  • In-person consultations
  • Phone, email, or website interactions

Where practical, we collect information directly from you or your guardian.

We collect, use, and hold your information to:

  • Provide treatment and care tailored to your needs
  • Maintain accurate clinical records
  • Communicate regarding appointments and care
  • Process payments and manage accounts
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

We will not use your information for unrelated purposes without your consent.

We may disclose your information:

  • To trusted service providers such as Cliniko and Cliniq Apps for secure storage and clinic operations
  • To other healthcare providers with your consent
  • Where required or authorised by law
Overseas Disclosure

Some third-party providers may store data on servers located outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to ensure these providers handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information.

  • Password-protected access
  • Role-based access for staff (limited to what is necessary)

Parents/guardians may make these requests on behalf of minors.

We do not send marketing communications without a reasonable expectation or your consent.
